RETURN AND COMPLAINTS
 

Pursuant to the Act of March 2, 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights (Journal of Laws No. 22, item 271), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase in the 4STOL online store without giving a reason within 10 days of receiving the package. Within this period, a written statement of withdrawal should be sent. Mutual reimbursement of benefits takes place immediately, not later than within 14 days of receiving the declaration.

The statement should be sent to sekretariat@4stol.pl. Please, make the goods bear no signs of use and be packed in the original packaging. Returned goods should be provided with the receipt or VAT invoice.

Please be advised that we do not accept cash on delivery. The customer is entitled to a refund, except for the costs of returning the goods, which are charged to the consumer, provided that the charge was not caused by the fact that 4STOL is unable to provide the service ordered.

Please note that the right of return does not apply to custom-made products (custom-made kitchen cabinets).


"Incompatibility of the goods with the contract"


This is the seller’s liability mode regulated by the Act of July 27, 2002 on special conditions of consumer sales and the amendment to the Civil Code, under which the consumer may assert his claims. The seller, on the other hand, can repair or replace the advertised product, depending on whether one of these requests is possible or requires excessive costs for the seller. If both requests are impossible to meet, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract or reduce the price. In addition, the seller has the right to examine the subject of the complaint by an appraiser in order to determine whether the product is in fact incompatible with the contract, which makes this complaint mode very time consuming. The time to notify the consumer about his position by the seller in the event of a complaint of non-compliance of the goods with the contract is 14 days. And the time in which the consumer can lodge a complaint from the date of finding the defect is 2 months.
