REGULATIONS
  1. The 4STOL online store, operating at the Internet address: WWW.4STOL.PL is run by the company: 4STOL S.C. Dorota Anna Parszuto, Maciej Marshal ul. Nowoczesna Brygady 35, 73-110 Stargard Szczeciński NIP (tax identification number): 854 240 50 80
  2. The 4STOL online store sells goods placed on the website WWW.4STOL.PL only via the Internet.
  3. The client may be a natural person with full legal capacity and at least 18 years old, as well as a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality.
  4. Customer registration, logging in and placing orders is tantamount to acceptance of these regulations.
  5. The price of all goods visible on the website of the 4STOL online store is the gross price (including VAT) and is expressed in Polish zlotys.
  6. The price given for each good at the time the order is placed is binding on both parties at the time the order is placed. Each sale is confirmed by a VAT invoice or receipt.
  7. The offer of goods on the 4STOL website is for information purposes. In the absence of the ordered goods, the Customer will be informed and will have the right to change or cancel the order.
  8. Placing orders
  • Orders are accepted via the website WWW.4STOl.PL
  • The order is made during the configuration of selected goods together with the automatic quote appearing. The order confirmation is an expression of acceptance and tantamount to concluding a purchase contract with 4STOL.
  • After placing the order, the customer will receive an e-mail confirming its acceptance.
  • The customer can make changes to the order only by email until the start of the production process, no later than the next day after placing the order.
  • Changes in the order may be associated with the extension of the deadline, the customer will be notified by e-mail.
  • 4STOL reserves the right to make changes in the offer at any time regarding the characteristics of products and their availability. Product parameters may change without notice.






Payment.



In the 4STOL online store, you can pay in the following ways:
· Transfer to the Seller's bank account - by transferring money directly to the account: PKO BP O / Stargard 06 1020 4867 0000 1702 0159 2534.

By using this form of payment, the Buyer does not incur any additional costs. Implementation of the order begins immediately after the conclusion of the contract and crediting the account
· Payment on delivery - by choosing this method the buyer is charged an additional flat fee of 5 PLN. The order processing procedure begins immediately after the conclusion of the contract. Cash on delivery is only possible for orders up to PLN 200 net.
· Online payment via PayPal - choosing this method, the buyer is charged an additional flat-rate cost of 2% of the value of the entire order.
· Payment in cash at the cash register
2. The moment of making the payment is the moment when the funds are credited to the Seller's account
(for payments by bank transfer), positive authorization result (for payments by credit card and online transfer via PayPal).
3. The buyer is obliged to pay the final price, which is the resulting purchase price of the goods plus transport costs. For cash on delivery 5 PLN of handling costs are added to the final price, and in the case of online payments via PayPal, 2% of handling costs are added to the final price.

10.Returns of goods.

  • A statement of withdrawal and returned goods should be sent to the address of the 4STOL online store.
  • The return form and general principles for complaints and returns in a printable version can be found at WWW.4STOL.PL.
  • Please note that the right of return does not apply to custom-made products (custom-made kitchen cabinets).
  • The party making purchases in the Online Store, hereinafter referred to as the Customer is the consumer (within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code, according to which a natural person who performs a legal act not related directly to his business or professional activity) or a person who does not have the status of a Customer.
  • Pursuant to the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws item 827 of 2014 - hereinafter referred to as the Act), the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract by submitting an appropriate statement in writing, by post or email to the address: sekretariat @ 4stol.pl within 14 days from the date of delivery. In addition, the written statement referred to above can be attached to the returned package to speed up the complaint / return process.
  • The right to withdraw from the contract is not entitled to the consumer in cases of:
  1. benefits with the characteristics specified by the consumer in the order placed by him or closely related to his person (i.e., realized on individual orders, in particular such as cutting a furniture board to the size specified by the customer).
  2. the provision of services started, with the consent of the consumer, before the deadline referred to in art. 7 item 1 of the Act.
  3. benefits with properties specified by the consumer in his order or closely related to his person;
  • The return of goods resulting from the exercise of the right of withdrawal occurs through the efforts of the Customer. After agreeing on the return conditions, the seller covers the costs.
  • The store does not accept parcels sent COD.
  • The form for returning purchased goods in a printable version is available on the website WWW.4STOL.PL in the "Store Regulations" section.
  • Returned goods should be sent to the address given on WWW.4STOL.PL.
  • The written declaration signed by the returning party should include:

- order details
  • In the event of withdrawal from the contract, benefits must be returned unchanged, unless a change was necessary in the ordinary course of business.
  • Returned merchandise should be in the original and complete packaging. It cannot bear signs of use.
  • The consumer is entitled to a refund. The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the statement of withdrawal from the contract.
  • The costs of returning the goods are charged to the consumer, provided that the withdrawal has not been caused by the fact that even 4STOL is temporarily unable to fulfill the service with the properties ordered by the consumer.
In the case of other Buyers who do not have the status of consumer, the rules and deadlines for withdrawing from the contract are governed by the provisions of the Civil Code.

11 Complaints
1. If, after transferring ownership of the goods to the Buyer, he finds that the goods have physical defects or is not in accordance with the contract, the Buyer may: · Make a complaint to the Seller for non-compliance of the goods with the contract (legal basis - the Act of 27 July 2002 on special conditions of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code).
2. In the event of mechanical damage found during delivery or submitting a complaint to the Seller, the Buyer should complete the complaint form available on the website WWW.4STOL.PL. Along with the advertised goods should be sent to the Seller a completed warranty card or purchase document.
3. The transport of complained goods for non-compliance with the contract is carried out at the request and expense of 4STOL through a courier. 4STOL does not accept parcels sent COD.
4. Complaints related to the on-line service (e.g. incorrectly calculated delivery costs or incorrect goods in the basket) can be submitted via the complaint form.
5. The Buyer receiving the parcel is obliged to acknowledge its receipt in the presence of the courier with a simultaneous annotation that the parcel was delivered undamaged or that the parcel shows signs of damage with a simultaneous description of these damages.
6. 4STOL is responsible for non-compliance of consumer goods with the contract only if it is found within two years of the goods being released to the Buyer in accordance with art. 10 of the Act of July 27, 2002 on special conditions of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 141, item 1176, as amended). The buyer loses the rights specified in art. 8 above of the Act, if before the expiry of two months from the finding of non-compliance of the goods with the contract does not notify the Seller of this fact.
Customer Data
  1. The customer voluntarily enters his personal data into the registration form and at the same time declares that he agrees to their processing and that they are truthful
  2. The customer has the right to view and change his personal data at any time, and on request sent by email they will be permanently deleted from the system.
Personal data provided in the registration process will be used by the 4STOL online store only for activities related to running the store as well as handling and processing orders.
Customer's personal data will not be disclosed to third parties in any way. Final provision
  • The 4STOL online store is entitled to amend the Regulations. Changes will be made by placing them on the website of the 4STOL online store, and the changes will enter into force within 14 days of the date of announcement. The provisions of the Regulations in force at the time of ordering are binding.
  • All disputes arising from the sales contract will be considered by the competent court.
  • In matters not regulated by the Regulations, the provisions of the Act of 27 July 2002 on special conditions of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 141, item 1176, as amended) and the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply. .
