The order processing time is counted from the day the advance payment is credited to the company account and includes the time necessary for the production of the goods and preparation for shipment. Our assumption is that products should be ready as soon as possible. Preparation of the product for shipment, as well as its delivery takes place only on business days. Delivery times are often set by courier by phone, but the courier company reserves that it is not her responsibility.
